Clover
OAuth-connect your Clover merchant, import categories, items, and modifier groups, and push online orders to Clover in real time.
What you need (dashboard & API)
Follow Get started on POS & integrations for OAuth and connection flows. Some fields are configured only on the server by your operator.
Clover developer app
Your operator registers an app in the Clover Global Developer Dashboard and sets CLOVER_APP_ID + CLOVER_APP_SECRET (v2 OAuth) on the API.
Optional platform token
CLOVER_ACCESS_TOKEN can still be used as a fallback for single-merchant or sandbox testing.
How to get started
- 1
Open Dashboard → Integrations → Clover POS and click Connect with Clover.
- 2
Approve the app in the Clover flow; you will return with merchant id and tokens stored securely.
- 3
Click Sync from Clover to import menu, modifiers, and categories (set POS catalog provider to Clover under POS menu catalog sync on the same page if you use catalog import/export tools).
- 4
Use Send test order to verify orders appear in Clover.
- 5
Toggle “Push online orders” if you need to pause outbound order sync.
When you are done, run a test order from your public menu to confirm everything lines up with your kitchen workflow.
