Square

Square is treated as your source of truth. Automatically sync your entire menu, categories, modifiers, business hours, and location info. Online orders are pushed to your Square POS in real time.

What you need (dashboard & API)

Follow Get started on POS & integrations for OAuth and connection flows. Some fields are configured only on the server by your operator.

  • A Square account

    Sign up for free at squareup.com if you don't have one yet. Make sure your menu items, categories, and modifier groups are set up in your Square Dashboard before connecting.

How to get started

    Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Square POS and click "Get started".

    You'll be redirected to Square — sign in and authorize the app.

    Pick the Square location that matches this restaurant.

  4. 4

    Click "Sync from Square" to import your menu, categories, modifiers, hours, and location details.

  5. 5

    Review your imported menu under Dashboard → Menu.

  6. 6

    Click "Send Test Order" to make sure orders reach your Square POS.

  7. 7

    You're all set! Online orders will now appear on your Square POS automatically.

When you are done, run a test order from your public menu to confirm everything lines up with your kitchen workflow.
